Spend $400 on a recliner in 2013 which I loved. I had it restuffed after 4 yrs. What came back was a chair so overstuffed I couldn't use it any more. They took it back and again what came back was my recliner with a broken latch and still so stuffed you can't sit on it. They sent someone to my house that immediately saw how overstuffed it is and again they took it. It came back with the latch fixed and nothing was done to the rediculously overly stuffed seat. I don't know what to do now. I just wanted my chair back with a seat less stuffed as promised.
