If I could... I would rate this scamming company in the negatives. First off simply take the time to read each review and note that this company DOES NOT LIKE TO FOLLOW UP ON ANY REPAIRS. This is a consistent complaint that i can attest to. I rented from this company for 4.5 years.. never had one issue with my obligations to the lease or the home. I had the AC go down in Aug of 2017 it took almost a MONTH to replace the unit, even though I had 4 kids and I work from my home office. I was then only reimbursed about 1/3 of the amount of out of pocket expenses I racked up just getting out of the heat until it finally got fixed/replaced. ANOTHER time I was leaving my home for work one morning and there was an entire lawn crew in my front yard... peeling up and replacing the sod with ZERO communication with me. I found this odd as I was never given a key to the water/sprinkler box and had no idea how to operate it. Anyway the next growing season I got a letter demanding i pay for new sod! I did not, and spent several hours arguing with the individual at AH4R noting that I have no way to water and that i explained the situation in full when the lawn guys showed up a full year before... nothing ever got done or changed. Not to mention there where several breaks in our water line and sprinkler lines that were pointed out to me by AH4R after the sod was randomly laid, AGAIN never to be fixed. Our dish washer literally did not function for 3 months and after several service calls in.... I went ahead and fixed it myself incurring the expense and time, never to be repaid. Same thing for the cheap linoleum flooring that was bubbling up and my family literally tripped over for MONTHS... finally it was fixed in ONE of the three areas that it was bubbled in....that the installer managed to drag adhesive all over the kitchen floor and left without cleaning it....leaving a dirty, muddy look on the one area what was actually fixed. On and on and on... BUT the worst is when you move out! BRACE YOURSELF, as they feel the home should be in better shape that when you moved it,,,, even after living in it for 4.5 years! Having rented a home myself, I know cheap construction grade carpet, and I also know the cost. I also know to expect to repaint the interior at least every 3 years. They don't. They want it redone before you move out. OH and go ahead and rent a pressure washer and do what they don't do before you move in and make the driveway and exterior spotless.. .BECAUSE IF YOU DON'T... they won't release you from your lease. These people are crooks, plain and simple.. go ANYWHERE but with these shysters!! STAY FAR AWAY... READ THE REVIEWS HERE CAREFULLY because i can promise you, everything I have said here and read here is 100% accurate!
