I have gotten an American Express Serve card from Jackson Hewitt for my early advance refund at Christmas and used the card. Today I went to finish my Taxes and got another 450.00. I have not used my American Express Serve card since Christmas, they locked my card. Nobody can tell me why it is locked. I spoke to a supervisor, I use the term loosely, nobody can unlock my card. I can't access my money and was told that I should call back in a day or two if it is still locked. My refund is going on this card. I called Jackson Hewitt and got no help. What do you do ? Does anyone know? I need my money, it's mine. American Express Serve is a horrible card.
