Purchased on 15th january. Received 19th january. Installed 20th january. Complained 22nd january. You now have it - still. Manufacturer deemed product to be doa (dead on arrival) but your pathetic company insists they have no idea. Last email from you was 2 weeks ago. Beyond pathetic. You should be shut down. Customer service is non-existent and when customer loses patience with you (and gee I wonder why!!) you don't even bother to respond with an update. Cannot state how bad this company is. Help desk - no idea. Technicians - no idea. Will never purchase anything from any of your stores again and will be telling as many people as I can the horrible experience I have had (and am still having) with you.
