I submitted to return these two loveseats back in the first part of April and have had emails from H. McKenzie and Kimberly Isham regarding delay of returns due to the virus situation. At the time I placed the order (in March) for these two loveseats, there was no warning that they would not be returnable. A few days after I received them, sitting on them, I felt they are not fit for living room couches. I put a review on the Wayfair site about them. They are fit for a waiting room and nothing else. To this date, there is still no resolution regarding their return. I need to either return or get rid of them so I can get another couch that is sittable and comfortable. I have a small living room and cannot get something else until I return these. I am open to a compromise out of desperation and I think you need to honor your company's customer service and quality of service and what you advertise to the nation and internationally
