The help service is out of the Philippines and it's usually the same lady I get every time. She does everything she can to try to get you upset. She won't say anything until you do so she can cut you off. She won't tell you if she is working on the problem. Says she fixed but didn't. Hangs up on you. And any other thing she can to upset you. She should be fired! I have tried to work with her at least 10 times. She says her name is Mel sometimes then other times she says her name is sweet. She has hung up on me at least 8 times. I know she is doing this to other customers because I have tried so hard to work with her. It's like she hates American's or something. I know she is costing the company customers. I have also ask to speak to someone else and she refused to. I'm done with her and the company.
