Service provided by Assisted Matrimony is Very bad. Their approach, process and attitude of Relationship Manager (including their next higher supervisor) are very bad. They lack empathy. No responsible person who can clarify all queries of the customer. Horrible experience. Inordinate delay in responding to customer queries. for my daughers profile M-453**** Nobody bothered to reply unhappy mails sent to them indicating everything in detail. Relationship Manager calls without any home work. New Relationship Manager will all of a sudden without referring old mails or correspondence. Their supervisor promise to call back - but never do. Just for name sake - they will send profiles without referring to the preferences given by the customer. It appears that their focus is to look for a scapegoat to ensure life-long-renewal of this service. Poor customer service.Atleast Refund us money back If you appoint us good expert Relation ship manager,who can take us see profile,arrange as by today itself....or else plse refund us money back... i gave complaints on monday by they didnt take any step to arrange a new relation ship mangaer .....i tried Mr.Kishore Manager for two days ,his number not reachable... I didn't like: Service, Totally a waste of my time and money.
