Assistance needed with previous trouble ticket
Ticket #132**** I was assured this would be answered no longer than 48 hours. I cannot even get a representative on the line, and upon the first call i amde on the 27th I was assured the holiday would not be a factor and it would be cleared and addressed within that window. User's recommendation: none yet until i resolve this.
