I am not sure if they have anyone competent working there! I was contacted by phone and tried to call the corporate office. The staff said they wouldn't have any way to tell who called me and why. Today I get a letter demanding payment on a contract that was canceled many months ago because the dentist hurt me and I was in pain for a month. At that time I cancelled the contract with NO money being owed. Now, out of the blue, they are calling and sending letters. They need to check my file as it should be all there and I wish I would have filed a complaint against them then as I have had a terrible experience with them. I got my upper dentures done with them and paid in full. I also had to go back over and over as they have never been comfortable. I am calling them tomorrow again as I am worried that they don't seem to know what the *** they are doing! Why are they trying to shake me down for money I DO NOT OWE AS I NEVER HAD THE WORK DONE AND CANCELLED THE CONTRACT AND I WAS TOLD BY WESTERN DENTAL MY ACCOUNT WAS ZERO OWED. I am pissed too and sick of this incompetence !
