Asked for more money the day of delivery

I ordered flowers for my grandmothers birthday and paid online. They emailed me at noon the day of delivery asking for $25 more dollars to continue. Now it s 2-5 business day refund process. Don't use them. My grandmother won't be getting flowers on her 84th birthday and I'm out $65.00 til next week. Messed up.
