Ask why my package is taking so long

They don't update on their system where the package is. The number they provided says doesny exist. Been 60 days now and still havent recieved the phone It keeps saying in transit in Durban and Durban is 30 minutes away from where I stay. They are very slow and need to provide a number that they are contactable at.
