I used your website to get advice on my wife's kidney infection. I was asked to submit a payment of £5.00 which I was happy to pay. I then received an email confirming receipt of the money but was surprised that I had also been deducted £38.00 for a "membership fee". I did not ask to become a member of anything and then I checked my bank account to see that the two payments had been dedusted totalling £43.00, To me this is a cynical exploitation of people who have a medical complaint. Please refund the £38.00 deducted from my account as soon as possible. If it is not received forthwith I shall take the necessary steps to ensure that it will be. Brendan Holland
