No your customer service really did not help me. But actually I'm not surprised considering the times we are living in now. Businesses now give crappie service to the customers who keep them in business and its only a matter of time before business start begging for the peoples support. User's recommendation: Have your customer service know little things like if customers are able to bring blankets outside of their personal bag. Its important because most customers are dropped off at the airports and by the time they reach boarding its too late to know if whether or not they will have to pay for it.
