Never got a response from the company nor from Zillow or any RE agents I asked the same question. The deceptive and false info given in home listings is terrible , along with the photo shopped and out of proportion pics they show. The consumer has a right to know the true condition and size of a home prior to wasting time going to see homes not presented accurately. User's recommendation: Check all info .... especially square footage ... of homes before viewing/ buying a home.
