Got a late charge for 2 months $ 30.00 (2 months at $15.00) The bill was dated July 1 (Sunday) not discounted for early payment or a late due date. Paid bill with rest of my 1st of the month bills (aug 1st) they rec'd and cash check on Aug 8th, They told me their bill was actually dated June 2012, not July (I said was looking at the bill dated July 1, 2012) They told me the best they would do is credit one month of late charges and I would still have a balance of $15.00. Since this bill is for the yearly rental (sent every July which I have records) of the propane tanks and I have been a customer for several years, If this is their NEW business practice , when my propane, in the tanks, is exhausted, I will go to another supplier. The next day my wife went to their office and asked to speak to a Manager,("She was informed NO one was there") and proceeded to show the clerk our records for the yearly charge in question, along with our prompt payment records for fuel deliveries, she went into a rear office and after some time the woman returned and said she would not adjust the bill.....Times are tough BUT this is way over the top
