Order no [protected] Among the many items that I ordered from Vidalxl, I ordered an artificial plant and it came broken. I tried to email the customer service contact they have on their website and attached a pic of the broken item but I get a message that it's an invalid email address. I'd like either a refund or an exchange, thank you for assistance. The company has been completely unresponsive.
