I was embarrassed by the arrangement that Proflowers sent to my sister's memorial service. Proflowers used a local grocery store florist.The arrangement was not like Proflowers' picture. I realize that sometimes substitutions must be made but the arrangement had only one color of roses and that's it. It looked pathetic, and boring. User's recommendation: Don't use Proflowers if they are going to use a local florist.
