I bought a hat yesterday from your store in Fayetteville, Arkansas. It doesn't fit right so I went to return it. The district manager said although I had original receipt the stickers were not on the hat. He said without stickers on hat there could be no refund or exchange- he said without stickers this is damaged hat. Is this your policy? Are you serious? What a joke- 42$ hat can't be returned in less than 24 hours with receipt because of stickers???? User's recommendation: Don't ever shop here!
