I think the FoodSaver sealers well but there are alternatives for just a little bit more money that work as well or even better and that you can get supplies for when you want them. Nothing about FoodSavers order process for supplies seems to work other than taking your money. Then, when you try to resolve it you will find it impossible or near impossible to get a response from them. There is nothing about the order process at FoodSave that even approaches being the normal experience you would have at any other on-line retailer. Save yourself the frustration and do a little research for compatible supplies. There are many alternative bags and roll product out there that work well in the system and are as good or better quality than the FoodSaver branded ones. There are a few bad ones too but if you read the reviews you can sort that out pretty quickly. I got sucked in again by a FoodSaver email promotion promising great prices and once again, no product. If has a feel to it like the next thing we will read is they have filed for bankruptsy and we've lost our money.
