Archived Emails between Jenna and Alice

Jenna, I obviously do not have transcripts from our phone conversations, but I do have the emails. Even when I was frustrated by your insinuations, I tried my absolute best to be patient and professional. Now, everyone can read the unbiased version for themselves and pass their own judgement. *NOTE* this is all copy/pasted from all of the emails I have archived and I am very happy to send screen shots, etc. to anyone in the event that the veracity of this is disputed. Also, Jenna, you insist that it was my 12 year old ('***") that greeted you and that my 14 year old was inside the entire time and that they are both liars?? I am sorry you are mistaken, but Tahlia, my daughter who was 12 at the time, had just been in a terrible accident that nearly severed her leg (and nearly took her life) requiring multiple surgeries. That is why Tahlia, my 12 year old, was in the house the whole time :/ It can also be seen clearly in the email exchanges that the resentment from you escalated when you found out you would have to pay $35 to register your puppy to you, the same way your anxiety escalated when I asked you to please take that poor puppy to the vet when you thought she had a UTI (urinary tract infection) and you told me that you did not want to pay for a vet visit after you had just spend $1500 on a puppy just a few weeks prior... All these years, I thought your driving force was wounded pride at the fact I was not here when you came to pick her up, and I felt terrible about that, but I can clearly see now that your animosity is financially motivated, and that makes me both extremely sorrowful and concerned for my little girl. I am not sure if you received my last message as I sent it via e-mail from my phone at the emergency room. The little guy I took in did not make it- we did breathing treatments, oxygen tank, IV fluids, everything :( I ended up giving him CPR for about 10 minutes to no avail :( Since then things have been extremely chaotic here in both my human and dog family. I really felt things where left up in the air after our last e-mail exchange and I do not want things left that way. I really want you to be over the moon with your new puppy and satisfied with your service here. I truly hoped when I left to be gone only a few minutes as he was only a few miles away and I also did not realize it was as important to you for me to be there or I would have sent my husband to help Austin or perhaps tried to call my brother. Bottom line is if you felt I let you down, I am most sincerely sorry for that. Please let me know how I can best make it up to you. I will be out of town on a family emergency through Monday, but I will continue to have e-mail access. God Bless, Alice jenna jones 6/8/13 to alice First, I am so sorry to hear about your little one. :( I'm not sure what happened, but I hope he or she didn't suffer, I know that must have been very difficult for you, and never gets any easier. Secondly, we ARE over the moon with our new little Gabby, she is just perfect. :) I must say she reminds me of Diezel with those eyes even tho he is not in her blood line! Lol There is nothing that we want, I just thought you would have realized that since we were dealing with you the whole time, that it should have been important for you to be there to answer any and all questions we had. Also, our bag of dogfood was open and we didn't realize it until we got home, I just want to make sure that was normal, I figured you probably buy large bags and refill the small ones, because there was a lot of crumbs on the top of the food. Anyway, thanks for the email, and I hope you have a good day. Gabby sends her love, she sure has a TON of it to give. :) Jenna alice velasquez 6/8/13 to jenna Thank you so much Jenna. The little boy that did not make it got aspirate pneumonia- a freak accident where he inhaled while he was drinking milk and some of the milk got into his lungs and gave him an infection (pneumonia). We did not realize it until he was very, very ill. We spent all day at the vet- breathing treatment, oxygen, iv antibiotics, etc. but in the end, he just did not make it. My heart was completely broken :( Your food ;) We do not refill the little bags, BUT we do open them and add probiotics to help keep your puppy's belly happy during the stressful transition. That was the brown sprinkles you will see all over the food ;) They are not crumbs. Please do feed her from that bag first before you switch her to another bag of Fromm or a different brand. As I said, I do profoundly apologize that you felt slighted in any way, but do know that I am still here to answer any and all questions you have. Please give Gabby an extra big hug from us!!
