I then got EBAY involved as they did the Global Shipping where Aramex was the Logistical company. My items with a value or $20 where detained by customs for some reason while Aramex wanted my clients company bank account statements and transactions. However this was paid by Paypal. No reason to ever want a company bank statement over $20. Once Ebay found out they must have dealt with this as well. Eventually the items were released after Aramex having them for two months, at customs they claimed User's recommendation: If you buy, Check who is the Logitical Company and check on HelloPeter. I avoid anything EMS or Aramex.
