Appointments dont matter

Had an appointment, they let three walk-ins ahead of me, 6months ago I was a walk-in with 3 minute wait, only 25 minutes later I still had a 20 estimated wait time. As appointments had priority. Maybe just me but appointments are worthless and wait times aren't accurate. User's recommendation: Expect delays.
