I called RV World for a recall appointment. The recall notice stated that work would be 1 to 1.5 hours. When I get to my appointment, I am told that they can't look at it for a couple of days. Why did you give me an appointment if you can't even look at it ? So I finally got a manager to look at my RV. It requires parts which they have to order, and come back in two weeks. HELLO, why didn't they order the parts before my appointment ? ! Management has a SERIOUS scheduleing problem. Here's a tip, Don't make appointments until you can do the work.
