Application is taking a month to process

Hello. I have my parents who are trying to rent out 224 Forest Walk Way. It is taking almost a month to process our application. Can someone please call me and let me know where we are at in the process. (980)248-**** . It says on your site 1-3 business days. We submitted our app 7/9.
