Apple IPAD Trade-in Scam

I sent in my IPAD trade in in excellent condition as I have always had a cover for it until I sent it off. I received it back today discovering two physical damages to the IPAD and one damage actually caused a small area discolor on the screen, which was never there before. It was obvious my trade in IPAD got damaged as someone at Phobia must have dropped it when he or she handled it from the box. When I spoke with their consumer advocate before I received my IPAD back, she explicitly stated the pixel damage was internal and I would not be able to tell with naked eyes. She obviously lied about the damages to my IPAD resulting in no trade in value. They should have been honest and admit accidental drop damage to my IPad. User's recommendation: Do not do business with Phobia.
