I had filed a complaint with pay pal, because I ordered a thermometer for a friend, who did not receive the thermometer. I had paid using pay pal. Pay pal denied my claim stating they had received shipment tracking from gadtool showing that the merchandise had been delivered. when I sent a email to support@***.com the email said failure notice , and they don't appear to have a contact phone number?? User's recommendation: avoid this site.
