Apparently you need to be with an Asian tour group to get any type of decent service. My husband and stood in line to check in on Saturday, Feb 24, 2019. After almost 5 minutes waiting.

After 5 min of waiting to get checked in the desked clerk finally acknowledged we were waiting and told us they were expecting a tour group and that she would not be able to check us in until after they had checked in everyone from the tour group. Wr questioned as to why the delay as we had a confirmed reservation. We were told that just how we do it. My husband asked to speak with a manager and was told that the manager was not available. So my husband called a couple of the other hotels and needless to say we booked another hotel (Harrahs), called American Express had them cancel any reversation charges (which the did) and we left the Tropicana NEVER to return.
