App works once. Then stops until it’s deleted and reinstalled.

Espn app works once after installation. Then says app needs to be updated. Since I have an iPhone 6 which doesnt support iOS 13+ an older version of the app is downloaded and installed. It works once then message pops up saying it requires an update. Very dissatisfied with the new app. User's recommendation: Complain till they fix the issue.
