App malfunction costing me money

I purchased a ticket via the Volaris app.When I entered my payment Information it somehow defaulted to enter my name as the passenger.The app didnt ask me to confirm the passenger information before purchasing.It wasnt until after the payment went through that I noticed the name was wrong.Now Volaris is trying to charge me 100 dollars for a name change.Not only did it take me all day to find a number where I can talk to a real person but once I did reach a person they just kept repeating that they couldnt do anything to help and I would have to pay 100 User's recommendation: Choose a different airline.
