App issues…can’t use rewards

I have been a loyal customer for many years. In fact for the past 4 years my husband and I rarely go elsewhere. Suddenly in the last 6 months or so we cannot access our points on the app. As of our last visit we have about 600 points and I still cannot access the app or use the points. We ha e decided that if this is not rectified immediately, we will find another place to be our favorite. This is your last chance. I cannot reply to your emails, I cannot reach you by phone.
