Management has been of no assistance in addressing issue of why only at this Wendys , one cant use app to get offers, retrieve rewards or get reward points for purchases. .Management has been apprised of issue several times.They do nothing. System has been down for months. Corporate needs to address issue. Have to believe its causing poor business. District manager should address with managementstaff. May need to have management reviews and replacement.
