app and lack of customer service

I am a red number and had a receipt in excess of $50 for a purchase over 1 week ago at store number 03478 order number 402-3970. I forgot to scan the receipt at time of purchase. However when I went to the system where you can enter "forgotten receipts", it said that my receipt was already processed. I'm sure someone at chick-fil-a processed my receipt knowing that I did not scan my receipt at time of purchase. I called customer service and no one has assisted me with this issue. I have called several times and it's been over a week. I am shocked that customer service has no customer service, and there is no one accountable for their customer service. If you want to complain about their customer service, you have to call their customer service number. It's a joke!!!
