Aplustraffic.com; Incomplete orders and slow refunds=bad service

I placed two orders with this company, a "regular" order and a "rush" order. The company in question failed to complete BOTH orders! The Rush order (a 10 day period) was refunded 4 days later due to incompletion, a total of $71.20. The second order, A 2 month campaign, was over 7/28/16. Again, an incomplete order with $181.77 refund due. I did not wait weeks for the due refund of the first order, and I feel that I should not have to wait weeks for the refund of the second order. I waited 2 months for the second incomplete campaign to finally finish, and now they are slow to send my refund, when the first refund was completed in days.
