This company is the worst thing that happened in our lives. Even since Capreit took over our building everything went down except for the RENT!!! Cockroaches are overpopulating the amount of tenants in our building and the property management is so incompetent and sloppy. The winters you freeze your *** off and the summer you almost suffocate due to bad ventilation. They have lost my rent cheques a number of times and then deny it later on. The rent has risen so high above the guidelines and the renovations were far overdue but why should the tenants have to pay with the huge rent increases? Its not a condominium! I am trying hard to move out...but with the sky-high rent...it makes it hard for any of us to afford to move out...that's why I am working 2 jobs now....so I can get the *** out! Please don't live in Davisville Village and don't move into a Capreit Building!
