Apalling after sales service

Took 2 months for order to arrive, missing the promotional puzzle book but item arrived damaged/broken. Emailed several times without response. too busy. Called helpline and being number 9,000,000 several times, gave up. left email via website that also produced nil action. We have paid money to these clowns and have non-delivery and broken items with no means of contacting. You cannot blame covid forever!! User's recommendation: avoid easylife catalogue booklets delivered via your magazine.
