This has happened in the past if you fail to pay your dues on time not only will you not get the discount but you'll be charged a fee This is very poor customer service Whether it's accidental or deliberate it shouldn't be happening I always pay this with a Visa card the same one and I will call the fraud department and get them involved and the Better Business Bureau
