Antenna will not work

I ordered an HD-8008 omni-directional antenna from Lavasat. It does not work. I got no channels on the scan and a notice of "no signal". I have an indoor antenna that I get 8 channels on but thought that since the HD-8008 was supposed to be more powerful I would get more. I got none. I have already sent 3 emails to Lavasat with no response. I tried to fill out a warrenty form but it would not except it. This is worthless.. User's recommendation: Do not buy anything from AntennaDeals.
