I purchased the 8008 antenna and did not want to keep it. Got approval and returned it after much frustration to fill out the paperwork. Tried for over two months to contact Lava and to get my refund. They will not respond! After reading the many complaints about Lave/AntennaDeals, I filed a claim with BBB Eastern Texas. They were so helpful. And I finally got my $84.95 refund. That company should be fined and put out of business. How do they get by with so much cheating??
