After being with Virgin for years with a cell phone only I went to a phone and data plan. $20 per month (10 and 10) things went along ok. In the last few months I got suspicious of requests for top ups and checked back over year. 7/21 top up gave a $219 bal. 11/20 $200 top up, 3/21 $180 top up bal $237, 7/8 $100 top up. Now told the $20 per month was only part the rest is just taken without notification for us. User's recommendation: Along with many others I suggest just go elsewhere for service these people are crooks.
