Update by user Mar 03, 2020 Checked with my bank the next day and it showed the correct ticket prices. I decided to wait and see if I get my e-tickets.The following day I checked my account and they overcharged me almost $300. I ended up cancelling my card and getting a new one. Than I called my banks fraud department to report the issue. Unfortunately I was told it could take up to 2 months for everything to process through and it could be that long before I might get that money back. During this time I was getting texts and e-mails telling me to call them to confirm my transaction, but my network has this company as a blocked spam call and was unable to call them. How I was still able to get texts from them, I don't know. I did send them an e-mail asking for either the tickets and refund for the overcharge or a full refund. No response. A little while ago I did get a text from them saying they were unable to verify the transaction and I would be getting the money credited back to my account while also cancelling my tickets. I certainly hope so. Original review posted by user Mar 01, 2020 Bought 2 tickets without any problems. Of course, like a lot of people, I always look for cheapest tickets. First unusual thing I noticed was that at the end of purchasing my tickets it said it would take 1-5 business hours to receive my e-tickets. Next unusual thing was when I got a blocked call that said was potentially spam from them. Than I got a text and e-mail message saying they couldn't get ahold of me and I needed to call them back to re-confirm my purchase. While waiting an hour on hold, I googled this site and read bad review after bad review. When I finally spoke to someone, I couldn't understand their English. Finally decoded what he was saying and gave my ID number. After 10 minutes thinking I dropped the call, he said he wanted my banks phone number. I asked why and he said to confirm my purchase. I gave it to him than 10 minutes later he said something along the lines of sending my e-tickets after the bank processes my purchase. Well, on a Sunday at 6pm, they are closed. I will be checking with my bank tomorrow to make sure everything is done properly. If not, I will be blocking that purchase through my bank as best as I can, submitting complaints with the Better Business Bureau and whatever else I can think of. This process made my hairs on my arm stand up and everything feels shady to me. In all my years of buying plane tickets have I had to do anything like this.
