Another issue BNSF

The train car I'm currently sitting in has no AC.. and it has to be 90-100 degrees in here's.. same theme last week. Trains late consistently year round.. mechanical and switch problems. We are a major US city with 100s of thousands of commuters.. why can't you get it together?
