Annoying pipping sound when in noise cancelation mode

2

A good while back I bought a Bluedio T4 headphone. There is much I like about it, but an important reason why I bought it, doesn´t function: Right from when I got it, it very easy gets an pipping sound in noise cancellation mode. When I move the left side and /or press it tight to my ear it might go away. But usually comes straight back when I relieve the pressure. And it is very annoying not only for me, but even more for the people around me. I guess I have waited too long, but it has come to the point that I can´t really use the cancellation mode ( for which I bought it. Is there something I can do to stop it or is it the headphone not functioning correctly ? With kind regards, Harry Groot User's recommendation: Better try to find out if others have the same experience and experience the same lack of follow up of the Bluedio people.
