Annoyed that I can’t call and speak to someone directly.

I have not received any of the 1000 v-bucks that I am supposed to get with a paid monthly subscription. Have not figured out who to contact to handle this. User's recommendation: have lower expectations on how you would expect Epic games to handle customer issues.
