Ordered a edible bouquet from 1 800 Flowers?? Ordered on 06/03/20 for delivery on 06/04/20 for an anniversary treat. The order was supposed to be for like $70.00 Next thing I get an email to my phone saying the total was $142.00 &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; change. They somehow added some chocolate cover strawberries which I didn't even order! So Weds. the 4th we are waiting all day. Finally I called at 3:30 talked to someone at 1- 800 flowers pertaining to my order. She told me she was sorry she got the days mixed up thought the next day was the June 4th.So at this point I'm very upset just requested a full refund to my card. She kept telling me I would have to call back after 8 p.m. to request a refund because this was quote (Due Process) I can't tell you how many times she said this! So I called back after 8:00p.Um. Got another lady and the run around started all over. I get back to my home around 6ish & find the stuff on the front porch completely melted & ruined in the Florida heat! Nice Job!! Finally & check my bank statement to find on top of everything the charged my card twice for the same amount! Do Not Use Shari's Berries or 1-800 Flowers for anything! Total Scam & Rip Off! Should be criminal!! You have been warned!!
