Anniversary dinner

We always stay at Riu hotels.We have referred family who chose your hotel on our recommendations. We had our honeymoon at Riu Palace Cabo then my wife's 50th Birthday and most recently our 13 wedding anniversary.. On the night of our anniversary we chose to eat st the Steak House Restaurant. My wife ordered the Surf and Turf . My wife wanted lobster instead of shrimp the waiter said he couldn't do it so he call Ed the manager over. The manager was not accommodating and treated my wife like a child and told her if she finished the steak she would then be allowed to have the lobster. We made him aware we were on our anniversary dinner which made no difference to him and he was vere cold in his treatment to us. We stat exclusively at your hotel because of the treatment we get from staff there.All of the other restaurants especially at the Japanese restaurant. My wife was so upset that night we left without.eating dinner and our special night was ruined.
