These people are absolutely HORRIBLE. They have no sympathy, offer ONLY alternatives that will cost thousands of dollars to pets that do not need them. These poor animals are mistreated and operated on that clearly do not need the procedures. The staff is down right rude and are complete LIARS. They would not let my friend leave the premises until she agreed to the procedure, luckily she didn't and pushed the so called "Dr" out of the way and left. She was crying and they wouldn't even offer her a kleenex, they told her she needed to grow up. Horrible, horrible people, terrible business practice. Needs to be shut down completely.
