The Product has to be taken apart to get the batteries in there proper place. There is no hook and loop fastener patch, just a spot of velcro.The design is not made with safety in mind. The materials are of the poorest quality. The ball itself doesn't stay together.One has to turn the device on before putting it in the ball. I didn't give it to my dog. I can see you're use to this.
