Angry with totally unresponsive customer service regarding need to returned defective product and get refund.

Company describes required return process to get refund, but have only received automated email acknowledging my contacting them, but then never hear from them again. They do not have phone contact option working. It's been 3 months now since my first attempt to communicate with them. User's recommendation: Do not do business with this company,
