Angry with app

I had a previous rewards balance of .85 cents so I used it towards my online order. My order gave me a $10 reward and when I went to pick up my food at the store, I decided to order more food and when I went to use my reward of $10 it said I could only use one a day. If I earn rewards for spending money, I should be able to use it anytime especially when the one I used first was only a .85 balance I had on my account!
