HAVE NO DEALINGS with this CHINESE company. I cancelled my order. Fobbed off with lies. Eventually was told it couldn't be tracked at warehouse due to - too many orders. Then I was told it had already been posted and even if I wasn't happy they worked on No returns/ refunds which was NOT INDICATED IN THE ORDER. Liars all the way and unhelpful. No way are they BRITISH BASED. All comes from China. No heed of EU or U.K. laws. *** dealers. I curse them and their money loving tactics. Particularly as the products are inferior and badly made. Spread the word and DO NOT BUY anything from them. If there's negative stars I would rate them on all stars as negative 20. User's recommendation: Keep your money safe, don't make them richer. Chinese swindlers.
